What is the EiiF?
The European Industrial Insulation Foundation (EiiF) is a Swiss-based nonprofit foundation. The EiiF was established in 2009 by 12 founding partners: Armacell, Bilfinger SE, Cape, FESI, G+H Isolierung, Hertel, Kaefer, Kaimann, Foamglas, Rockwool, ISOVER, Termisol, and Termica.
As a neutral and nonprofit institution, the EiiF supports insulation as the primary method to increase sustainability and profitability. Since its foundation, the EiiF has served as a resource for industries that need to reduce CO2 emissions and save energy. Their activities highlight the numerous benefits of industrial insulation.
ISOPARTNER: a proud member of the EiiF
The EiiF includes more than 50 leading industrial insulation companies, ranging from global players to small and medium-sized enterprises and consultants. The IPCOM group, and thus the ISOPARTNER business unit, are members of the EiiF because "we power sustainability"!
The TIPCHECK program provides tools and solutions for the industry to save energy
The TIPCHECK program (Technical Insulation Performance Check) was developed by the EiiF in 2009. The goal of the TIPCHECK program is to provide tools and solutions for the industry to save energy and reduce CO2 emissions by improving technical insulation systems. The standardized thermal energy auditing tool complies with EN 16247 and ISO 50002 standards and evaluates the performance of industrial insulation systems.
