KAIFLEX is an elastomeric insulation material for cooling, air conditioning, cold water, or drinking water systems. With KAIFLEX ST and KAIFLEX EF products, we offer two different technical solutions for various applications.
The manufacturer of Kaiflex products, KAIMANN, also offers specialized products, halogen-free products, and high-temperature insulation materials up to 150°C (temporarily up to 175°C). All products are available in pipe or sheet form and come with appropriate accessories and adhesives. Kaimann produces different types of insulation, including pipe shells and sheets, self-adhesive or plain, and even aluminum foil variants. They also provide ALU-PVC mechanical protection, special soundproofing, and fire protection products.
Kaiflex DUCT-ALU
Kaiflex DUCT-ALU is a flexible, closed-cell elastomeric insulation material with self-adhesive backing, laminated with aluminum foil. It comes with performance declarations and certificates compliant with current regulations. The factory-laminated aluminum foil provides mechanical protection and is easy to clean. These sheets are primarily used for protecting against condensation in refrigeration equipment and reducing energy loss in systems.
Kaiflex KKplus
Kaiflex KKplus is a closed-cell elastomeric insulation with excellent properties for insulating refrigeration equipment down to -50°C and for condensation protection.
Its closed-cell structure allows the material to provide constant vapor resistance, ensuring reliable performance throughout the system's lifetime. It can be easily adhered using a special one-component adhesive.
Thanks to its low smoke development, Kaiflex KKplus s2 pipe shells reliably contribute to personal safety in case of fire.
Kaiflex EF
Kaiflex EF is a closed, flexible microcellular elastomeric insulation that meets the special requirements of buildings where HVAC systems are needed, but energy efficiency is still a priority.
Kaiflex ST Protect ALU-Tec
Kaiflex Protect ALU-TEC is a factory-laminated rigid ALU-PVC protective system designed to resemble the protection of metal sheets.
The protection consists of a strong plastic film laminated with an aluminum foil layer. It has low emissivity and protects Kaiflex insulation materials from mechanical damage, weather conditions, birds, and the effects of UV radiation. Kaiflex Protect ALU-TEC is an attractive protective system suitable for commercial and industrial projects. It offers quick and easy installation and provides a more cost-effective alternative to sheet protection. Kaiflex Protect ALU-TEC is available factory-laminated on Kaiflex pipe shells and sheets.
