SEBALD cladding systems
A company with a long tradition and an interesting family history. The family has been developing EKAFOL PVC and EKAMAT coarse-grained aluminum products since the company's founding over 100 years ago.
In Sebald's product range of EKAFOL, EKATEC, and EKAMAT, you can find simple pipe claddings, but they also manufacture insulation claddings for elbows and fittings. The materials used are PVC for EKAFOL, ALU-PVC for EKATEC, and ball-pressed ALU foils for EKAMAT. Both the EKATEC and EKAMAT systems are alternatives to traditional aluminum claddings.
EKALIT pipe end cap
EKALIT end caps protect the endpoints of pipe insulation. EKALIT is available in various materials, colors, and sizes.
EKALIT end caps are fastened with nails, screws, or wire.
EKAMAT coatings
EKAMAT (ball-pressed) insulation coatings are used to protect the surfaces of pipes and fittings against heat/cold loss in interior spaces where increased fire protection is required.
EKAMAT is made of 0.2 mm thick, ball-pressed aluminum (Al 99.5), with various system elements including pipes, 90° bends, T-connectors, and fittings, which are delivered in an open form.
Upon request, alternative sizes are also manufactured from "Stucco" aluminum sheet with a similar visual appearance.
EKAFOL 45° angle elbows in two parts
Products made from EKAFOL PVC foil are used to cover insulated pipes, elbow pipes, branches, taps, and other fittings. These protect the insulation from mechanical damage and environmental influences while enhancing the appearance of the heating system.
EKAFOL is physiologically harmless and can be used in the food industry. It is recyclable and not UV-resistant, so its use is limited to indoor areas.
EKAFOL elbows are available in several radii. S = for welded pipes; W = for larger curves.
45° angle elbows are available in 2 variants: For welded pipes, they are delivered in a closed form, while elbows made in one piece are delivered in an open form.
EKATHERM-FL
Universal and flexible insulation caps for most flanged and socket fittings. Available in dark gray color as well (under the name EKAFROST-FL).
