Our partners keep not only all our branch managers, but also our salespeople and of course our office colleagues informed and trained. We also offer our customers regular technical training at our sites or directly at our customers' premises. You can find out more from our sales staff. These training courses include both theoretical and practical training.

The passive fire protection department has a dedicated member of staff available to answer all your questions and provide ongoing technical advice and, of course, customer visits, customer training and PROMAT information events. Our experts are happy to answer any questions you may have by telephone and in face-to-face meetings, and we offer you the possibility to contact individual PROMAT technicians who are also available to you.


During the meetings with customers, the ISOPARTNER team tries to analyse the customer's problems, immediately suggesting possible ideas or finding solutions together with the customer. We try to implement these suggestions and ideas in our production department. Many solutions are often only found after a few discussions with the customer or supplier.
