6. Use of YouTube Videos

Our website uses YouTube embedding to display and play videos from the "YouTube" service, owned by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use the enhanced privacy mode, which only starts saving user data when the video(s) are played. If you start playing embedded YouTube videos, YouTube uses cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to YouTube, this is used for video statistics, improving user experience, and preventing abusive practices. If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly associated with your account when you click on a video. To prevent this, log out before using the YouTube button. Google stores your data (even for non-logged-in users) as user profiles and evaluates them based on GDPR Article 6(1)(f), which reflects Google's legitimate interest in personalized advertising, market research, and/or tailored website design. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.

Regardless of whether embedded videos are played, every time this website is accessed, a connection to the "DoubleClick" network is established, which can trigger further data processing operations beyond our control. Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the "Privacy Shield" agreement, ensuring compliance with the EU's data protection standards.

7. Web Analytics Service

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files stored on your computer, allowing the analysis of your website usage. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your shortened IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Our website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the "_anonymizeIp()" extension, ensuring IP address anonymization by truncation and excluding direct personal reference. Within the EU or EEA, your IP address is truncated by Google before transmission. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. In these exceptional cases, data processing is based on GDPR Article 6(1) due to our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.

On our behalf, Google uses this information to evaluate your website use, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

You can prevent cookie storage by adjusting your browser settings; however, this may limit the functionality of our website. Additionally, you can prevent Google's collection and processing of data generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

As an alternative to the browser plugin or within browsers on mobile devices, click the following link to set an opt-out cookie that prevents Google Analytics from collecting data on this website in the future (this opt-out cookie works only in this browser and domain; if you delete cookies in this browser, you must click this link again): Disable Google Analytics

Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the "Privacy Shield" agreement, ensuring compliance with EU data protection standards.

8. Google Maps

Our website uses the Google Maps (API) service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive maps and visual presentation of geographic information.

Even when accessing sub-pages containing Google Maps, information about your use of our website (e.g., your IP address) is transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the USA. This occurs regardless of whether you have a Google account or are logged in. If you are logged in to Google, your data is directly associated with your account. To prevent this, log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and evaluates them based on GDPR Article 6(1)(f), reflecting Google's legitimate interest in personalized advertising, market research, and/or tailored website design. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, which you must address to Google.

Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the "Privacy Shield" agreement, ensuring compliance with EU data protection standards.
If you disagree with the future transmission of your data to Google within the Google Maps service, you can disable Google Maps by turning off JavaScript in your browser. In this case, Google Maps and map display functions on this website will not be available.
