New solution at ISOPARTNER! - Aluminum frame for pre-insulated air ducts
One of our popular products is the pre-insulated air duct system. The assembly of the system elements can also be done with a frame made of MEZ profile material. The frames meeting each other can be made of so-called MEZ frame profile, with MEZ corner iron reinforcement at the corners, as is common with sheet metal air ducts.
In addition to the traditional profiles used so far, we offer a new solution that is even faster and easier to install! The perimeter clamps, also known as crampons, are a proven solution, and the connecting surfaces of the perimeter frames can be easily sealed.
The MEZ frame profiles available at ISOPARTNER Kft. can also be used for 20mm and 30mm pre-insulated air duct systems. The installation is the same as the processes known for traditional air duct systems.
The two connecting air duct pieces' frames meeting each other are sealed with self-adhesive PE sealing tape and fastened to each other with so-called "perimeter clamps."
The new MEZ frame can be used with any perimeter clamp from a fastening technology manufacturer and can be easily connected to traditional metal air ducts. For this purpose, we recommend Walraven's quality perimeter clamps, which are available from us in stock.
